Renewable for two years with consideration for tenure-track position in third year due to anticipated retirement.  Applicant will be expected to complete a terminal (doctoral) degree to be eligible for a tenure track position.


Job Description
Assume teaching and service responsibilities in a robust ATMAE accredited undergraduate CM program. Teaching responsibility includes estimating, scheduling, construction processes, and other construction and Industrial Technology related courses. Actively participate in relevant program, and Departmental service. Candidates qualifying at the Assistant Professor level are expected to engage in a productive research and scholarship agenda.  


Required
Master's Degree in Industrial Technology or other appropriate degree with significant progress towards a terminal degree in the area of study.  Applicant will be expected to complete a terminal (doctoral) degree to be eligible for a tenure track position. Effective written and verbal communication skills in the English language are required. Documented competency in construction management application and theory. 

Preferred
Doctoral Degree in Construction Management or closely related field. Recent, applicable industrial experience highly desirable, including construction management experience and/or teaching experience.
