The Applied AI for Construction Faculty Symposium

The University of Oklahoma will host the multi-day Symposium on campus in Norman, Oklahoma, July 13 – 15, 2026. This event will include speakers from ASC construction faculty, industry experts, and technology sponsors. The symposium sessions will provide attendees with actionable AI knowledge that they can directly apply to their classes.

Session Topics

  • Applied uses of AI by the construction industry will address what construction faculty should teach construction students about current and near-term uses of AI in the construction industry, including both office and field.
  • Applied uses of AI in the classroom will address how construction faculty can leverage AI to enhance the delivery of classroom materials, teach students to utilize AI for construction-related purposes, and/or assess student work.
